In the ‘Moving On’ episode of “Naomi’s New Morning,” Naomi Judd a dead end is just an opportunity to turn around.  salutes the fascinating and frustrating differences both men and women, explores what makes them tick and examines the differences instead of being constantly frustrated by them.

·         Naomi takes the viewers on a tour of her wardrobe closet full of performance clothes she used to wear while touring.  After she was sidelined with Hepititas C and had to stop touring, she built a closet to store all her clothes which reminded her of all the good times she had with her daughters on the road.  If life is a movie, each one of these outfits is a still frame.  Grand magazine, the official magazine of grandparenting named her Sexiest Celebrity Grandparent of 2007

·         Naomi welcomes CNN personality Nancy Grace, planned to be a literature professor.  In college she met a man and fell deeply in love and they planned to elope.  Several months before their wedding he was murdered as a result of a mugging.  Following his trial, she dropped out of school, lost a great deal of weight and was staying with her sister when she decided she could make a difference and decided to go to law school.  It had an amazing impact on her life and it was seven years before she could smile again. Her book, Objection, is just released in paperback.  She is writing a new book which will be a work of fiction.

·         After his wife of 51 years passed away, Don McElwain decided to take a cooking class for men over 50.  He took his wife’s recipes and wrote a book, A Pinch of Memory, A Dash of Love.’   Don and one of his friends, Joe Carry demonstrate their cooking skills and are joined by Sara Moulton, eexecutive chef of Gourmet Magazine and host of Sara’s Secrets on the Food Network.

·         Naomi introduces Jesse Billauer. A born athlete, his passion was surfing and at 17 he was a rising star in the surfing world.  One month after his 17th birthday, an accident while surfing left him paralyzed.  He had to relearn all the basics in life and then decided he wanted to surf again.   Jesse started a foundation, Life Rolls On, to create awareness for spinal injury victims.  They have raised close to a million dollars to date.  He is currently working on a documentary about his life.
