Frank Darnell (Joe Penny) walks in front of the screen to explain that the video was taken at a birthday party for Jonathan Gordon. Among the guests are Gordon’s attorney Stanley Argot , ex-wife Monica , son Karl , number two man Howard Garrett and arms dealer Armand Nordstrom who, after being arrested, gives the agency information about Gordon’s arms dealing. The room lights come on revealing a group of agents Darnell is addressing. He explains that Nordstrom didn’t show up for their usual meeting to deliver paperwork to nail Gordon. Another call from Darnell’s boss, Fred, makes it clear that Darnell’s job is on the line. Gordon is tried for murder and sentenced to life without possibility of parole. He refuses the Witness Protection Program, saying he’d rather die in prison. more
