Synopsis Five outlaws, led by ruthless Press Reynolds (Kenneth Johnson), ride into the late-1800s town of Green River to rob the bank. They get away with bags of cash, but there is a gun battle in which the teller is killed. Sheriff Tomas “Swede” Lundstrom (Patrick Duffy) hears the gunfire and snaps into action, exchanging shots with the robbers, killing one as he tries to flee on his horse. But the other four men, including one who has been wounded by Deputy Slim Moldin (Michael Patrick McGill), ride out of town with the loot. Swede prepares to head out after the men alone, neither expecting nor wanting a posse of townsfolk to join him in the manhunt. more
Storyline Two aging Old West gunmen and a young city banker ride out in pursuit of an outlaw gang that robbed a bank, killed a man and kidnapped a young boy. Two long-time friends, retired frontier gunman and tracker Samuel Kendrick and Sheriff Tomas “Swede” Lundstrom, ride together once again as a posse in pursuit of Old West bank robbers. Sam is conflicted about participating in the hunt: His ne’er-do-well son, Johnny Kendrick, happens to be one of the outlaws, but Sam’s beloved grandson has been taken as a hostage. Sam and Swede are determined to bring the boy back alive, even if it means Sam’s son and the other outlaws lose their lives in the process. more
