Pam Slay
Senior Vice President, Network Program Publicity Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel Biography Pam Slay, Senior Vice President, Network Program Publicity for Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movie Channel, spearheads the communications and press strategies aimed at driving tune-in and ratings success for the networks. Slay crafts consumer-related messages which reflect the goals of Hallmark Channel as a public company.
In addition to managing internal and external communications for Hallmark Channels, Slay creates and maintains key media relationships that support program scheduling and administration. She also oversees talent relations for Hallmark Channels.
Slay is based in the Los Angeles office and reports to David Kenin, Executive Vice President, Programming, Hallmark Channels.
Slay was previously Vice President, Network Program Publicity for four years and also held other positions throughout her tenure at Hallmark Channels. She served as Executive Director, Network Program Publicity and began her career at Hallmark Channel as Director, Network Program Publicity.
Prior to joining Hallmark Channel, Slay was with Warner Bros. International Marketing where she served as Executive Director, Publicity.
Slay also was the head of publicity for Buena Vista International implementing press strategies for a bold slate of Disney programming in a territory which consisted of the world, minus the U.S. Slay is a member of the Television Executives Publicity Committee, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and EPPS.
Pam Slay has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas. She resides in Los Angeles, California.
